IT'S TRUE COLOURS THURSDAY plus a little "puppy fix"

We have been truant
from TCT for quite a while.
And today, we went through
our archived photos to find
a bit of the green.
The colour for today is
SHAMROCK GREEN.
We have shamrocks that grow wild
around our house,
but unfortunately due to the snow,
they are still covered up and sleeping.
Soon they will wake up and make us smile.

According to the press,
a modern day miracle
occurs on St. Patrick's Day
when the Chicago River
is dyed green.
Of course our sissy, Kat
would want to see this phenomenon.
Again and again-
we hear she might be
enjoying it again this year.

When Spring comes in
the leaves on the trees
by our driveway
become the most beautiful
shades of green.
We always think that Fall trees
are unique because they have so many colours,
but Spring trees rival them
with their shades of green.

No post would be complete
without a Scottie.
Our wonderful Scottie platter
is sitting on our authentic
1950's green kitchen table.

The beautiful lawns
surrounding Niagara Falls
are a stunning shade of green
in the summertime.

Here's Java dressed up
in his St. Patrick's Day finery
on a card we made to thank
Miss Donna for being his dognanny.
