we got up this morning.

WHACK - A - MOLE

Dad set the standard pretty high

when he made this  photo

of our fist clan of puppies.

Ever since that time,

Mom tries and tries

to get a photo

of all of them standing

on the edge of the puppy box.

Here's Maddie, McDhubh and Obie -

they will soon be celebrating

their 7th birthday!!

 Here's Mom's poor attempts

at getting all of this clan

to come to the front.

Rabbie's Dad says

they jump up and down like a 

"Whack-A-Mole" 

 We're beginning to think

Daisy Belle

must be camera shy today.

We hate to report

that one of our bestest seasonal toys,

give to us by Maggie and Mitch,

for Christmas,

many years ago,

has now been puppyized!!

Sadly, it can't be repaired

and our Mom wants us all 

to be safe and not eat squeakers.

We know she loves us,

but we'll miss Rudolph -

we got lots of hours of enjoyment

playing with him.

TIME IS FLYING BY!!

We can hardly believe

how fast time 

is flying by.

It seems like just yesterday,

these pups were

born in our bedroom.

And now they are

seven weeks old.

Little Lilly

wonders 

if she will ever

grow into 

Grandma Lilly's kilt.

It looks like

she's getting a lesson

from the grand dame.

WE LOVE YOU CHEWY!!

We love those days

when we go out

on or porch

and find a box or pouch

that has

chewy.com

on it.

And we really love it

when we go out

and two big boxes

are stacked up

because that means

our food is here.

Mom has us on autoship

so we never run out of food!!

 This month they sent us

the bestest treaties!!

 Have you tried these yet?

Little pieces of beef liver

that have been freeze dried.

They are so yummy.

Plus they are

"cat friendly" too.

Our Mom likes them

because she can stick a couple 

in her pocket and they 

don't get all sticky.

That is unless you forget

and they go through the washer -

Believe us when we say

that the dryer doesn't dry 

them out again - BOL!!

 Piper really wants you

to think he is 

being a gentleman

and waiting patiently

for his treat.

Just keep on thinking that -

We're watching them grow.

In fact,

yesterday,

Mom and Lilly's new Mum

went shopping for couple of hours

and when they got home,

they were certain 

that  the pups had grown

while they were gone!!

PUPPIES ARE SIX WEEKS OLD!!

The puppies are six weeks old!

And some of them have new names!!

We present them here 

on 

our McInnes Clan Tartan.

 Jazzi's new name is now

Daisy Belle

and

she will be living in 

Charlotte, NC.

 Rabbie is still Rabbie

and he will be living in

Greenberg, PA.

 Winston will be 

moving to 

Richmond, VA.

Miss Lilly

who was Pearl

will be moving

to 

Blackbutt, Queensland.

WE'VE BEEN...

Meeting our new peeps,

getting new names.

Pearl will be moving further away

from Rocky Creek Farm

than any puppy we've ever had.

She is going to be moving

to the Land Down Under 

and will become the lead mascot

for the only

Scottie Dog Mascots 

in the world!!

Her new name is

Rocky Creek's Tribute to Lilly by Redrox

and her call name will be

Lilly.

 Jazzi's new people

gave her a new name too.

This photograph is the clue.

Some of you 

Rocky Creek Clan people 

already know it but 

let's give the others 

a chance to guess

before we tell.

We'll give you a small hint too.

We used to have a 

"downunder" friend with

the same name.

 The Sweet buglets

saw their wonderful vet

and everyone got a great

bill of health!!

They will see him

again in three weeks

and then they will

start moving 

to their forever homes.

In honor of little Lilly,

we let Celti try on her Mom's kilt.

It was a bit large on her,

but she looked very regal in it.

THE GREAT ESCAPE

Our puppy bed

has no bottom in it

so it is easier to change.

It is also very heavy

so we make sure that 

there are no puppies close by

when we go to change it

just in case it were to fall over.

 Today, Mom put the buglets

in Argie's old bed 

but before she could 

turn around twice

two of them escaped!!

 And guess who got

put in puppy jail -

Rabbie and Winston.

 Pearl and Jazzi

decided they would 

try to be good 

ans stay in the bed.

until

 Jazzi escaped

and 

Pearl was left alone.

 By that time,

their bed was

nice and clean

and ready for them

to mess it up again.

Wonder which pup

will be the first one 

to learn to

FIVE WEEKS OLD TODAY!!

AND SOME BIG CHANGES!!  

Can you believe

they are five weeks old today?

 Some of them

are not as independent

as they would have you believe.

You can see those tear marks.

 There was a bit of crying

going on in the puppy bed last night.

 It looks like some of them 

don't even want to look 

at the camera.

And one of them is

downright mad!!

A crate

got put in the puppy box

yesterday.

Everyone had to 

check it out.

It doesn't have

a door on it yet

so they can

come and go 

in and out

as they please.

BUT

something 

much 

worse

happened!!

The sweet buglets

had to spend

their first night alone.

No more Mama Celti

jumping in and out 

of the box,

nurturing and nursing them

and checking on them.

Although our Mom 

got up at midnight

to give them 

a drink of water.

We doubt that 

will be happening tonight!!

They are adjusting well

and so is Celti.

EAT, SLEEP, PLAY

Our days are pretty simple.

That's the way we like it.

 A little cottage cheese snack

before bedtime.

 Then we all fall asleep.

Well maybe one Jazzi

wakes up as soon as she

thinks there's an opportunity

for a photo shoot!!

We wake up playing

in the morning.
