IT'S TRUE COLOURS THURSDAY - LAPIS LAZULI AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO GJ

Good Morning,

And welcome to True Colours Thursday. Miss Blue is our host and the color for today is Lapis Lazuli or bright blue. If you wish to participate, please go by her post and let her know and then you're in - it's that easy.

The first thing we want to do today
is use this bright blue balloon
to wish a big
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
to one of our great friends,
Ginger Jasper.
Please go by and visit him
if you get a chance.

Mom has been a fan of
Sandra Spencer's art work for many years.
She uses a lot of bright blue
in her animal paintings.

This is the time of year
when we start searching
for Christmas c
ards.
Our Mom loves vintage cards
and tries to incorporate their images
into her letters and labels.
This little Scottie at the mailbox
is one of her favorites
for return address labels.
It's a little pale to be called
Lapis Lazuli
but it's cute so we included it.

And look at this Scottie
with the wonderful Snowman
on the Lapis Lazuli background.

We're sure these vintage tags
will show up on several packages.

And one of our favorite winter sounds
is that of sleighbells.

But for today,
this is what we'll see
because it continues to rain.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java

I love the vintage Scottie cards! I have quite a few Scottie cards too but mine are mostly Valentines. Thanks for your kind words about our loss last week. They meant more to me than you could know.
