As a special challenge, Blue asked for our interpretation of a child's poem "The Colours" by Christina Rossetti. We decided we were "up to the challenge". PS - and here's our LEMON for the day - the most obvious color of lemon and the most delicious drink ever created (according to our Mom) is lemonade. She makes her homemade lemonade in this old store candy jar and takes it when we are invited to picnics, reunion, etc. She ices it down and puts the jar in an enamel bucket full of ice to keep it cold. It is always the first drink to get empty because everyone loves it. She should probably make some for us to have today instead of faking it by putting her lemons in the jar - what do you think?
