OUR SISSY'S SCARY CHRISTMAS PRESENT

Christmas morning,
we woke up
to the sound of
sleigh bells ringing.
Our sissy had taken over
our Mom's job of ringing the bells.

Carrleigh got a cute Santa dress,
but it was too small for her
and Piper had to model it.
Doesn't he look adorable?

Kat's favorite present
were the wristlet arm warmers
that our Mom made for her.
If you look close you can see the
Scottie buttons on them.

And then we heard the strains of
"its a small world after all"

We watched it
and checked it out
from every angle.

And then our Sissy
made it play the music again -
something Mom calls an
"ear worm"

About 2 notes
before the song ended,
out jumps this monkey!
She only had to play
the music a couple of times
before we knew exactly when
the monkey would jump out.
And we hid.

Hope your sissy didn't get
a scary Christmas present.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java

Thats a scottie Santa paws that jumps out of the box. She revamped it by removing the santa and adding the scottie with the santa outfit. I just roll my eyes at it!! snoozer!!!

LOL! I don't have a sissy, so no worries.

Happy holidays! :)

Yes, I'd have to add "jack in the boxes" to buses and the enormous cat at the bodega around the corner to the "things I'm scared of" list. Poor Piper, having to dress in drag and on Christmas, but he does look pretty awesome. I was forced into my Santa suit for approximately 3 minutes before Mom took pity on my embarrassment!

Happy Holidays!

Petey

Happy Christmas! The Santa outfit is very cute indeed but that thing in the box would have scared us too. Strange things there are...

Our momma loves those wrist warmers...Especially that they have wee little scotties on them.

We have a little person in a box too ... its a tiny one that goes on the tree....we hide from him too!

We don't know what our sissie got us yet. :( And we've gotta wait a long time after we get home before we can find out, because SHE isn't going to be there anymore (sniff sniff SOB!) except on the (long) weekends. SOB SOB SOB!!!! We are NOT going to be happy pups about that! Anyhow ... we can pretty much guarantee that box thing would make me (Jake) bark like a maniac and make Fergi tuck her tail and hide! Sissies! What DO they have in mind.

On another note. We're pretty sure Moma is going to beg for the pattern for the wrist warmers! She's been knitting (so we've heard) this holiday. Her moma gave her all her (Gramma's) knitting needles from 60+ year old collection. It was Moma's favorite Christmas gift. That, and a set of family cherished iced tea (ice cream SODA!) spoons!

Back to the wrist warmers. Those are PRECIOUS (in Moma's words) and SWEET (in our Girl's words!)

Love you all. Have a very happy and safe New Year's Eve.
Jake and Fergi
