It was just a regular, rainy day
on
Rocky Creek Farm.

As usual,
Mom wanted to line the puppies up
and get a cute photograph.
They complied on the cuteness,
but not on the lining up.

Then she started to notice some long toenails.
She had clipped a few here and there,
but today was the first official
"toe-nail clipping" day.
Like all terriers,
they hated it!!

They are so sweet...makes me want to have 5 more for us!! Jake and Albert would ADORE some new friends!!
Oh those sharp little nails. I hated clipping them so I usually let our vet techs wrestle with them.
Hi! I just bounced over to your friends to leave a comment and now I'm back.
You have no idea how clumsy Gail is when it comes to toenail clipping. Think yourselves lucky, little buglets.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
It's good to know that us Terriers start to hate the toenail clipping ritual at basically 1 week of age! UGH!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch

We stopped over at Becky and Gussie's blog--I feel like I've just met some new family members!
But I guess Todd comes by his not wanting his nails trimmed naturally--I thought it was just me! :-)
Let's face it, none of us like having our toenails clipped! Buglets, I'm with you on this one!
Bunny
Such precious puppies! oh how I still want one, but ... we just aren't sure Maizie, our 4 year old female Scotty, would accept a new addition, as she so likes having us and her house/back yard to herself. Do you have any experience or advice regarding bringing a new one into Maizie's world (oh the things we do/don't so for our dogs!)
