SOMETHING TO BARK ABOUT

With all of the snow

and cold weather

we've been having,

 we spend a lot of time

in the house,

just hanging out

with our Peeps.

  

This morning,

it was quite a pleasure

to go outside

and see

something to bark about.

If Mom would let us offleash,

we know we could catch our breakfast!!

But all she would do

is let us bark

and we watched our turkeys

fly away.

MOM'S LITTLE HELPER

Our Mom is

making a crib quilt

for our cousin's baby.

 We don't think she'll

 have any problem

 

 figuring out where

it came from -

hehehe!!

 

 This morning Mom

set out a little table

in our living room 

so she could sandwich the parts.

When she turned around 

 she found out 

that she had a little helper!!

 

Mom is thrilled to have

Lilly as an overseer.

ENTERTAINING OURSELVES INSIDE

With the cold weather

we've been having - 

we've been inside a lot -

that means a lot of naps

and games.

  

 One of a terrier's favorite games

 

 is "bitey-face".

 And we puppies

have to learn

 

 at an early age

 

what big teeth

our Mommas have!!

THIRTEEN WEEKS AND LEARNING

No matter how cute a puppy is

and we think that Celti

is a real cutie,

there soon comes a time

when they must learn things

that we big dogs take for granted.

    

Too soon all Scotties must learn

that their people pleasing profile

is a haircut -

otherwise we'd all just look like

busy little warthogs!!

See how fast Celti's hair

has grown above her ear.

     

 Learning to stand

in a noose

is always something

that a puppy wants to fight.

 It's nice to be up high

where you can look around

and see everything.

 But Mom keeps trying to get her

to "stack" and "sit still".

She'll soon get it.

 

 

Before we know it,

she'll be as patient as Piper,

who rarely even

needs a noose anymore.
