PLANES, TRAINS and AUTOMOBILES

This morning we didn't have
a good idea about what to post,
but Mom got an email from
Miss Fern at Animal Lover, Quilt Lover
asking her to tell how each
puppy is going to be going
to it's forever home.

So here goes!

Sir Bentley (Hamish)
is going to fly in an airplane.
His new Mom is flying down
from Canada to fetch him.

Bailey's peeps
will be coming to get him tomorrow
and will return to eastern Virginia
with him in their SUV.

Mr. Dugan is still searching
for a home.
He was the 2nd male puppy
to be picked,
but an unfortunate accident
caused his peeps to need to wait
until we have our next litter.

Murphy will probably
snooze all the way to Arizona.
His Mom is flying in next
week to pick him up and take him back.

Scarlet's new sissy
came with her Mom and Dad to get her.
They traveled back to
North Carolina
in a pick-up truck.

Miss Finleigh Suzanne
is the puppy that will be living
closest to us (other than Ruairi).
She traveled back to her home
in central Virginia
in a sedan.

Ciera and Becky Blue Bonnet
are going to stay with us for a
few extra weeks.
We're not sure what type
of vehicle their peeps will
drive to get them.

Have a Terrific Thursday,

XOXO
The Rocky Creek Scotties

That was a great post idea! Mr. H used frequent flyer miles to travel to Maryland and back to pick up Baggins. Wouldn't you know that got stuck on the tarmac in Atlanta on that flight! He was sitting next to a stewardess who said Baggins MUST come out of the Sherpa bag for a while. It was an adventure but all went well really. It's such fun seeing them grow up!

Are things getting back to normal yet? I'm so glad you're finding such happy homes for the babies.

I think Sue has the right idea. They had a litter of six, gave one away and wound up with 5 dogs. Thats the way to do it!

So sad to see them all leaving but we know they all have wonderful homes. Love that sleeping shot of Murphy - a pup who knows how to get comfy:)

You've covered planes and automobiles. Now you just need someone to travel by train!

Now you just need someone to travel by boat! Although that's a tall order in WV - not exactly a costal area!!
