On Monday morning,
we woke up to 8 3/4 inches of snow -
almost as tall as a Scottie!!

We love these days -Dad gets to stay home from work
and we get to watch TV and movies
and Mom usually fixes us some popcorn.
Yesterday was a bit different -Dad says "some dog" stinks -
we all wanted to hide
because we didn't want to be "some dog".
Mom soon figured out that "some dog"was Piper.
So Piper got to get on the grooming table,
get combed out, stripped some, bathed,
dried with the hair dryer and then stripped
a bit more.
He's starting to look like his old self - you see,
last summer when it was so hot,
Mom grabbed Piper up
and clipped him and that was a bad mistake.
He lost all of his hard coat
so now she is working to get it back.
She thinks by Fall he'll be back "in coat".
And the rest of usgot to watch Gunsmoke
and then a movie -
and we all got popcorn
during the movie.
But you know
now that Piper smells so good,
pretty soon,
"some other dog" will stink.
Please let it be Ivy!!

Some dog can stink anytime...so long as it's Scottie stink...and tell Mom that the next time, Dad says, "Some dog stinks," you all get to yell back, "He who smelt it dealt it," and make him get on the table for immediate attention and a bath!

There's nothing sweeter than the smell of a freshly bathed scottie!
We had fresh snow last night (finally) and the boys had too much fun bouncing around in it. For a peek at them "ice skating" last weekend go to my blog
You're lucky, whenever Bella's tail looks like a banana, I have to get groomed, too.
We've always been clipped so we never got that scottie hard coat.....that SHE loves, but can't maintain.
We LOVE popcorn!!!!!

AWW man I would have run for the hills. I had to go to the groomer the other day and no only did they cut my hairs but they cut is short...my back is freezing which only means on thing...now i have to wear a coat.
We are SNOW jealous!!!!

Well I guess you will sympathise with me. We had snow at the weekend, as you'll see on my blog, and yesterday Gail decided to start giving me a 'Spring strip' (it is a multi-day process....) And all because there's just one daffodil out in the garden.

It has been toooooooooo long! Love all that snow - we wish we were rolling around in it with you! Mom only just found out about stripping a couple of days ago and had no idea how hard it was to groom some kinds of doggehs! (She thought it was very tough to do us heheh!) This post had us LOLing lots - Piper - you look so bootiful now and we bet you smells just delicious too!

No wonder our Miss Emma is so beautiful...her parents are gorgeous! Miss Emma didn't get any BIG snow, so we are patiently waiting for some! We love you folks at Rocky Creek....Bosco and Emma send love and kisses and a huge aaarrrooo!
