We were so excited
when we found out that
Snazzi Jazzi
had declared today,
December 4, 2010
DWB National Taco Day.

From the time
that Mom started browning
delicious Rocky Creek Farm beef
in a skillet on the stove,
we started getting excited.
We knew something good was
going to happen.

There was a lot of
going on at our house.

Then she started
chopping up the yummy veggies
that go with tacos -
and our favorite - the shredded cheddar cheese.
The onions are for our peeps -
we know that onions can be toxic to dogs
so we don't have them on our tacos.

We waited patiently
as she fixed our plates.

Four plates with a taco each
and four of us -
works out perfectly!

Mom tried to feed us separately
and get pictures of each of us,
but there was too much excitement -
and we all converged on the
plate of the slowest eater
to help him get all of the mess cleaned up.

Thank you Snazzi and Edgar
for coming up with this wonderful idea -
we are already looking forward
to celebrating it next year.

We had tacos, too. We didn't get all the salad stuff, because we don't like it.

Our pictures didn't come out very well either, because we were so excited!

The humans here don't have tacos very much, something about getting old and tummies not cooperating - but we might just have to see if we can find our way to your place, any leftovers?

Mom says she has trouble eating tacos because they're so messy. We don't mind mess, but Mom says she thinks we'll have some of our veggie soup for dinner instead. Tsar likes that soup so much that he didn't play games, but started eating right away and he cleaned his bowl. That makes Mom happy.

That last picture is TOO cute!!! It looks like there was quite a fiesta in your kitchen!! Pippen has never said whether he likes tacos or not. Hamburger meat.....ABSOLUTELY. Not that I really want to share my tacos, but he might get an opportunity this holiday season. Hope everyone is staying warm at your place.
Saturday hugs,
