Occasionally we let Mom and Dad
go away for the weekend.
This weekend we were treated -
she left us in the care of
two beautiful mermaids.

We all lined up to get our
ARRROOOS in tune,

while Mom and Dad
went up the
Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
They toured the house and grounds
and were envious
of the beautiful gardens of Monticello.

Their visit was coming to a close
just as the sun started to set
over the mountains.

But as they left,
Dad couldn't resist
having his picture
made with Thomas Jefferson.

While back at Rocky Creek Farm,
we were reminiscing
about the days of old.

When mermaids kept us before
and Java played that
"old time rock and roll' -
Tom Cruise, eat your heart out.

So far no pictures of us have surfaced -
we'll let you know if they do.

HELLO!! I really love Monticello but have never been there in the fall--Maybe next year!

I also think that Java played the part much much better than ole Tom! :-)

Mom was at Monticello once! She loved the gardens, too!

It sounds like you're lucky about the pictures not turning up!

Our Mom and Dad loved touring Monticello, so they know just how your Mom and Dad are feeling. We never met a mermaid. You're sure lucky dogs.
