felt really bad she made a
BIG MISTAKE
and sheared Piper
with the clippers.
It has taken this long
for him to get back
"in coat" again.
He's still got a ways to go.

And just when I think that I like the shaggy-dog look, they are groomed, and I remember that I love the transformation back into a Scottie!! Whatta difference, and how handsome your Papa boy is!!!! :-))!!!

I found a great groomer here that did Maggie last week and did a great job. She used to own a Scottie. If I had the time I would like to learn how to do her myself. However, she loves to go meet new friends so I don't feel so bad.
He's very handsome. We got groomed (clipped) yesterday because we looked like bears.

We think he's handsome, too.
Since Dad too over the grooming duties, we all look scruffy most of the time. Mom keeps threatening to shave us, but Dad does his best. We don't really care as long as we can roll in the dirt and splash in the water.

I would agreed with you that we look most pitiful when we need groomed. Wish my groomer could make me look nice, sometimes I come out looking like a poodle. No one in Cincinnati does stripping.
