With the cold weather
we've been having -
we've been inside a lot -
that means a lot of naps
and games.
One of a terrier's favorite games
is "bitey-face".
And we puppies
have to learn
at an early age
what big teeth
our Mommas have!!

Personally, I do not restrict myself to faces. Bitey anything will do me fine. I quite enjoy Gail's hands, ankles and ears. Gently, of course.
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie (who, between you and me, is sometimes called Bitey Bertie).
It's 70 degrees here so we've been playing outside today before winter comes back again.
ReplyDeleteThe pups are into playing bitey face and feet and ears and tails and peep feet and fingers. Most of us jump on the sofa to get away from those little shark teeth.

We love bitey face...a great boredom buster. We're sure Lilly is very gentle with those big teeth.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
I'm sure that Lilly's warning is gentle but loud! Watch out Celti, you've met your match!
ReplyDeleteLinda, Abby & Arlo
Argyle and Fiona play Bitey Face all the time! Rory just watches them as though they've lost their minds.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the smile! My girls don't play a lot anymore being nearly 10 now. They still like their toys at bedtime and they don't want me to kiss daddy... No bitey face with each other though...
ReplyDeleteBitey face is one of our favorites over here! Have fun!

Andy likes playing bity neck and leg. He loves to run and play.

ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
OOOH!!! We LOVE a good game of bitey face! We play it almost every night just before we settle down for bed.
ReplyDeleteThe first time we played it in front of our Granny she nearly had a heart attack a) 'cos she thought we were fighting and b) 'cos she'd never seen such BIG, white teeth!! *BOL*
Wally & Sammy
That is the BEST game!!
ReplyDeleteAilsa is re-learning all about puppies and their biting habits be it faces ankles all that westie cheek hair whatever when GAME's ON .....
ReplyDeleteAilsa is a gentle soul by nature at 12 especially but Brambles pushes a bit too much she lets her know....as she should....just need eyes in the back of your head

My vet has a steady stream of vet and vet tech students interning in his office. He loves to show them Mac's teeth! He has even been know to take out a ruler so they can see just how impressive (and potentially dangerous) a Scottie can be! (though mac is more likely to lick you to death!)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun !
ReplyDeleteAh me. The 'ole bitey face. Bertie has the right idea; I bite just about anything. Legs, feet, hands...you name it.
ReplyDeleteWhat great photos!
AroOOOOO! Stuart
Oh Lily the expressions on your face are adorable. What a good mommy you are.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend
Sweet William The Scot
