FOR SAFETY'S SAKE

We know that you all
have someone who
watches out for you
all the time.

 The Sweet Buglets
have their own
Dad and Mom
(they sleep with one ear open)

 They also have our Mom
but there are times
that you need to send a signal
to other people and dogs
that you just don't want them
"in your face".

That is what
is all about.
 If you are a dog
that gets anxious
when a strange dog
comes up to you,
your peeps need
to tie a yellow ribbon
on your leash
to signify that they
can't just let their dog
come up to you.

We hope this becomes
a universal sign.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Ivy
and
  The Sweet Buglets

  2. That is SUCH a grrreat idea!! I (Wally) need a yellow ribbon for my leash - I don't like strange dogs coming near me on walks. Mom says she's gonna get me some ribbon tomorrow.

  4. I think that yellow ribbon idea is so great. I really hope it catches on and becomes a staple in the dog community. I love the picture of Piper and Lilly watching over the buglets! The buglets are definitely safe and cared for with so many eyes watching over them. And who is the pup with the Santa hat on? I'm with Ranger, how do you get that hat to stay on their heads?

  5. It's a good idea, but the people who allow their dogs to come charging up to strangers are the ones who won't read about this. Best to stay on alert.

  6. Ahhhh yes, great idea, were did the yellow Dog projest Badge come from, would like to post that also and blow it up bigger. I needs to go get Bites and show him that he is not the only guy to wear a pee band, (Can't say diaper around him or he goes off).

  8. That's a great idea. But we need one that says 'this dog is super friendly and thinks everyone loves her' for Roxy.

  16. I hope the yellow ribbon catches on. It certainly would have made things easier for Mango. He did wear a yellow bandana at school, but everybody there knew what it meant.
