CELEBRITIES VISIT ROCKY CREEK FARM

Last Spring we received a message
from Jake and Fergi
telling us that they would
like to come visit
and bring their Moma and Ninagirl
to Rocky Creek Farm.


We immediately wrote them back
and said we'd welcome them with open paws.
And ever since we have been
looking forward to that date
on our calendar.

Yesterday, we helped Mom and Dad
get ready for their visit.

Soon we got an email that said -
"we're 20 minutes away"
and we all got so excited.
This was a dream come true for us.



See how well Sally can give scritches
and hold Fergi at the same time -
she is a very talented lady!


Jake got to experience
his first drink of the "hard stuff" -
good ole Canada Dry GingerAle!!
Dad took pity on him though -
and got him a bowl of water
which was more to his liking.


Jake loved the porch swing -
he even let his Ninagirl
share it with him.


And Fergi went with her Moma, Nina and Dad
on the "grand tour".


Whilst Jake stayed behind with Mom.

Their visit was over too soon -
and we already miss them.
We hope they come and visit us again soon.

    Oh that must have been SO exciting. Celebrities indeed. When I see Scotties or Westies in the park I like to bounce all over them. I wonder if Jake and Fergi did they same. (Gail is saying, "of course not Bertie, I'm sure that they would have MUCH better manners than you")...

    We can't BEGIN to tell you how much we enjoyed are visit. EVERYTHING about it! We just hope we didn't leave too many scents behind to distract the Scotties. They were sooooo nice to share their home and their wonderful people. That evening on the porch in the moonlight will go down in the books as one of the very best evenings EVER!
