PIPER'S VACATION

This morning after Mom got home from church,
she was scurrying around -
getting a bag of food ready to go



She gave Piper his heartworm pill
and put his Frontline on him -
What's she thinking -
it's not the first of the month yet.
She even put a bag of treats for him
in a Ziploc bag.


She got out the bag
with our harnesses and seatbelts
and put harnesses on the boys.

Before long,
she had them packed up in the car
and off they went -
leaving us girls at home to wonder
what we'd done wrong -
were they all leaving us behind?

In a few hours,
here came Mom back with Ruairi,
but no Piper.

Do any of you know De-De?
From what we understand,
Piper will be vacationing with her
for a couple of weeks.

    Look at the grin on those faces! Are they telling blonde scottie jokes? Don't they look just like a bunch of guys? 'Hey baby...lookin good!' Sheesh. You girls realize he's steppin out on yah, don't cha? Give him what for when the comes back. 2 WEEKS at that...gosh...his tail will be draggin by the time he comes home.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!DO not leave D.B. Scottie tote in car with unattended pup for one second. #*$$. I just happen noticed gross irregularities on the straps of mine. On closer inspection they were , yes you quessed it , viper teeth marks. Wee Roslyn is curently trying to devour the sill off the french doors,. "If you you choose to ignore me, I'll just chew awhile."

    Busy boy that Piper!!!
    I haven't seen TV today so I don't know if is suppose to rain today. Of course it was suppose to rain yesterday and didn't. It was 100 degrees yesterday and it is suppose to be again today!!!
    I brought 14 tomatoes in this AM. Are you getting any tomatoes from your plants??

    Well. We're figuring it out from all directions. Boys will boys. We just suggest ... DON'T ask OurGirl for her opinion about Boys right now. With the exception of Jake. He is HER boy. The others? Let's just say, they're frustrating her. And she's learning.
