WHO NEEDS GROUNDHOGS WHEN YOU CAN HAVE SCOTTIES?

When we went out for our afternoon walk,
Mom took the camera.
When she started making pictures she realized
that we were making shadows.

Sometimes it's hard to get us all
to stop and do what she wants us to do,
and when we do then
we run out of the picture.

OOPS - looks like Piper needs his tail trimmed -
Scotties shouldn't have feathered tails.
Don't we have a distinctive profile?

And look at that tall woman
who is holding our leash.
BOL!!
Cassie, this one's for you.

Have a fun Tuesday.

According to the official website,
Puxatony Phil saw his shadow today
predicting 6 more weeks of bad weather.
According to CNN,
he is only right 35% of the time.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java

  1. We love your Scottie shadows. Our daddy's mom collected scotties, before she went to the rainbow bridge. We have lots of fun scottie stuff around!

    Woofs and Kisses!

  2. Mom has the same problem when taking our picture. We can't ever sit still.. bol! We agree, Scotti profiles are the best and the most recognizable! What a fun take on the shadows.

  3. Very nice photos. I can tell that your home is a little closer to the equator than mine. My shadow is always really really long at this time of year. Interesting, eh?
    Cheers, H.
PS They say that Westies shouldn't have feather tails either. But who says that 'they' are right!!!

  5. Neat Shadows!!! I like it a lot!!!
Tom uses a electric drill that has a tip on that is changeable. He has a file tip to file the nails, It does not hurt unless it gets into the nail quick. Tom is very careful not to let that happen. The dogs love to get into Dads lap and get some loving on!!!!

  31. Hey, hey, hey. He didn't actually say six more weeks of BAD weather, it's simply six more weeks of WINTER. You have shown us some magical moments of winter so please enjoy it while it lasts. We'd do anything for a little bit of winter right now...
