PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT.....

Today, we ask that you take a moment

To remember the people of Haiti
The little children

And the adults trying to survive

Their country has had the hardest earthquake
in over 200 years.
And tens of thousands of buildings
are destroyed.

Mom can not communicate
with any of the Mission Team
to check on their safety.

Haiti was a poor country before this tragedy
and now they need your help more than ever.

We are very concerned for
our interpreters, Ancy and Jackson
and our caring Dr. Baguidy (in the center).

Animals in Haiti
have a hard life
during the best of times.

If you'd like to donate to Haiti
for earthquake relief,
please use reliable sources
such as
Haiti Education Foundation
or
Samaritan's Purse.
Earmark you funds for
Haiti Earthquake Relief.

If you would like to help our interpreters directly,
funds can be sent to the
Haiti Education Foundation
and earmarked for
A
ncy Fils Amie

or
Jean Pierre Jackson.

And please pray -
the Haitians need it now,
more than ever.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java

Prayers are w/ them. Such wonderful faces you have pictured and under sad circumstances. May Jesus, God, and The Holy Spirit abide with each and every one.

Thank you for that most important post. We heard on the radio this morning that Master Chew Sits has the third largest populations of Haitians in the US. There are many people here very concerned. We will keep our thoughts focused.

This is such a terrible tragedy for the people of Haiti. We were listening to an Irish aid worker with World Vision out there on the evening news earlier and her descriptions of the devastation and suffering were truly horrific.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all those suffering.

We are praying for them, and are doing a phone donation as well. What a horrible thing to happen.

Thank you so much for writing this post and drawing more attention to the very sad and very horrible situation. All day we've been thinking about the people and animals of the island, realizing that reports are only going to get worse rather than better. We pray for miracles for those who can still benefit from them, and we will do whatever we can to help. Your posting specific organizations for donation was a wonderful idea. It makes helping a bit more personal.

Thank you again.
With love and concern

Such a horrible tragedy. All who are there and suffering so terribly are in our thoughts and prayers. It is so hard to just watch it on TV, we cannot imagine what it must be like to be there. We will be offering our help through contributions within our church community. We hope that the Good Lord will help these poor people.

Thank you so much for this post. We are praying for the people in Haiti too. I'm getting in touch with Samaritan's Purse (one of my favorite orgs.). We have friends who adopted a little girl from there 6 years ago and they still have strong ties to the area.
Blessings on your head,
Cassie
