WHEN IT'S SPRINGTIME IN THE ROCKIES....

Or at least it feels,
sounds and looks like Spring
at

Rocky Creek Farm

A project waiting from last Spring
that never got finished.
But our silly Mom just loves rust
and the colors of peeling paint on the other chair.

Java came out to snoopervise Mom

As she hung the laundry
out on the line.

And we played in our outside pen
and barked at Mom and Java
and anything else that moved.

And the little Mom
rested in a crate.
She's having a bit of trouble
getting into her favorite chair
and doesn't want to be lifted.

XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java

  5. No fair! The laundry picture made us smile and wag our tails. Then the sad Lilly in her crate picture made us frown and pout just a little. We know it's for the best and she is being well taken care of, but she looked so dejected. Give her a couple of extra muzzle smooches from us. And tell her we're sooo proud of her!

  6. Mom says there is nothing better than the smell of fresh sheets hanging on the line!
Maybe your mom can put a stool in front of your favorite chair to make it easier for you, Lilly?

    Love ya lots

  12. It feels like spring here, too. n fact, the butterfly bush has some new buds on it.

I'd be afraid to hang wash outside with my dogs around. I'm sure they'd pull things off the line.

  16. Everyone looks very happy in their own way. Our mom loves the smell and feel of sheets dried in the fresh outdoors, but our homes association doesn't allow it - pooh on them.
