to make Mom feel better.
Piper even got some dirty kleenexes
out of the bathroom trashcan
and shredded them all over
the living room floor.
Java was standing around looking
all pitiful and whining.
We were trying to tell Mom
that she needed our Granny's remedy
to make her feel better.

And so she fixed us some
in the middle of the day
while Dad was at school.
He's trying to cut down on his carbs
so he doesn't eat popcorn anymore.

If you have what Tom had I feel very sorry for you because you are SICK..... Tom was the sickest he had ever been with this flu. He still has a bad cough!I will pray for you. Love, Fern

I love when the momma makes popcorn!!! Such a beautiful picture of the sky. And for Angus, the saying was "Red sky at night sailors delight. Red sky at morning sailors take warning." The momma said her Grandpa used to say it all the time =)

Well. From what we can tell, you Moma isn't feeling any better. I hope the popcorn helped. It was hard to look at that picture, though. We love it... but one of us has a wee bit of a problem we (he) eats it. He's a bit of a pig. And he gets a wee bit sick. Sort of a reverse effect, wouldn't you say?
